Rebecca Boucher is my Woman In Horror today! Her first novel Hunting The Moon (The Moon Series) is a super tale of cutting, ghosts, and ancient Celtic lore. Rebecca adds in some some local Massachusetts lore and locale too.
"Rebecca Boucher was born and raised in Worcester Massachusetts. Her father instilled an early love of reading in her and encouraged her when she started to write. Rebecca earned a degree in Criminal Justice from Quinsigamond Community College, but her love has always been writing. After the birth of her first child, she moved to a quiet little town on the edge of Worcester County, in the heart of Central Massachusetts. Living there has inspired her to write most of her current projects. In fact, local readers might recognize some of her locations. Currently, Rebecca is a freelance writer and blogger. Her first novel is Hunting the Moon (The Moon Series). Rebecca is also the Write More Publications blog tour coordinator and an avid Beta reader. When she is not writing, Rebecca is the mother of two boys, ages 10 and 13. Her youngest son was diagnosed in the Autism spectrum, and a lot of her volunteer time is spent raising awareness and promoting education for that cause."

My favorite book of Rebecca's is The Shadow Soldier. Don't miss out on this great book!
When a soldier is lost in the snowy mountains of Afghanistan, his girlfriend feels the loss thousands of miles away in Boston's Back Bay. Can a shadowy figure, known only as the shadow soldier, bridge the gap and help her heal? This second edition contains new content, and a bonus short story, Panel 35, never before offered in print.
Becca Boucher (1975-) was born in Worcester Massachusetts and remains a lifelong New England resident. Which can be seen in the settings of her novels. Her first published work appeared in the Write More Publications anthology Novel Hearts (2013) which was followed by her novel Hunting The Moon in the fall of 2013. Hunting The Moon is the first in a three book paranormal romance series set in central Massachusetts. The second book, Midnight Raven debut in May 2015.
Besides paranormal romance, Ms. Boucher writes military fiction. Her short stories Panel 35 and The Shadow Soldier are available on Kindle, and The Shadow Soldier is also available in a special print version.
Ms. Boucher is a freelance blogger and writer, and mom to two wonderful sons.
