Just in time for Cyber Monday, the great children's book, A Mixed Up Christmas, by L. Hollar, and published by Visionary Press Cooperative, is only $1.50. That's half price for a full color interior art book! And what a great book it is! I read it last night and loved the story and the fantastic art work. Make some little person, and yourself, happy and get it for a great price. Happy reading!

It's Christmas Eve and Santa Claus is sick. Dr. Yeti has ordered him to stay in bed, but what about Christmas? Who will deliver the presents to the children?
5.0 out of 5 stars A Mixed Up Christmas! December 1, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
This is an adorable story! I read it to my 2 1/2 year old daughter and nephews ages 4 and 1 and they all loved it! It sends a good message of helping others. The illustrations are eye catching and even the youngest who couldn't really understand the story was pointing at all the pictures and smiling, eager to get to the next one. Great job! I would recommend this to any parent who's looking for a cute story with a nice message.

5.0 out of 5 stars A new Christmas must read with your child! November 30, 2013

A Mixed Up Christmas by L. Hollar is a warm family friendly tale that every parent will love reading to their children. The prose flows smoothly and is well thought out and the illustrations are outstanding. The colors are bright and vibrant and along with the verse would definitely hold any child's attention. Alas, my daughter is beyond the age for this type of book but even she laughed at a few of the rhymes. The story also highlights the importance of not only helping others but also shows how important not underestimating others is too. I highly recommend this book for a family read around the Christmas tree or next to the fireplace. A strong 5 stars! Well done, Mrs. Hollar!
 L. Hollar is the mother of 4 children. She began writing stories for her children, when her oldest was just a baby. She lives in Ohio with her husband, who is also an author, her children and a pet hamster named Little Monster.
